Growth Manager

The Growth Manager is an entrepreneur with full responsibility for delivering sales at Monoova payments. You will be a member of a small but growing business with considerable autonomy to structure and run your activities. Your contributions to building the base of clients via the sales function will be the legacy of your time at Monoova.

To grow the revenue of MONOOVA

  • Owning and strategizing your sales cycle end to end to achieve your goals, from lead generation to closed and live
  • Pitching our innovative software product and tailor featured based solutions to your clients’ needs and pain points
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholders (Underwriting, legal, product development) to ensure a great onboarding and integration experience

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication skills, allowing you to  build and maintain trust
  • A solution selling, consultancy type experience
  • Strong business networks in Australia
  • Desire to work in a  growing business into a leading company in  the end-to-end payments space
  • Familiarity with finance and payments platforms
  • Ability to acquire rapidly a strong technical  understanding of our products and services to be a credible representative of  Monoova payments
  • Demonstrated attention to  detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work both  collaboratively and individually

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • You will build a qualified pipeline to support rapid sales growth. In the first instance, this means devising a personalised generation strategy based on the overall objectives of the business
  • You will support the execution of the sales strategy
  • You will work together with stakeholders within both Monoova payments and the wider Group to create the best possible outcomes for clients using our product.
  • As a member of the Monoova team, you will represent the business autonomously on an ongoing basis in external contexts
  • Timely reporting to your Manager on the pipeline and sales results is required
