Onboarding Manager

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The primary function of this role is to own the process of onboarding clients according to Australian Financial regulations in collaboration with the sales team as part of getting leads to live. This will involve coordination with many different stakeholders, both internal and external, including clients, legal, compliance, and senior management. As well as providing vital support to the Growth team you will be asked to manage the improvement of processes within Monoova at large to continue to build the company.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: HELP THE GROWTH TEAM IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE MONOOVA SALES CYCLE

  • Be the primary liaison between onboarding clients and internal legal and compliance team to make sure all KYC/AML and EDD requirements are met prior to approval
  • Supporting clients while they complete regulatory with Monoova’s payment engine to ensure targets are met
  • Taking ownership of improving internal and external processes where necessary

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure all KYC/AML/EDD onboarding requirements of prospective Monoova clients are met
  • Work closely with the Growth team to ensure client expectations and revenue targets are met
  • Contribute wherever possible to helping the Growth team achieve success. This may involve preparing sales material, helping write blogs or attending events etc

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Organisation and attention to detail is essential to this role
  • Experience in financial services or technology company would be preferable
  • Familiarity and knowledge or with Australian financial services regulatory environment  
  • Proficiency in using all Microsoft applications
  • Ability to multi task and meet short term deadlines while contributing to or project managing longer term team goals
  • Desire to turn a small but growing business into a leading company in the end-to-end payments space
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
