Monoova is 3x finalist in the Finnies Awards 2021!
On Friday 30th of April, FinTech Australia announced the finalists in the Finnies Awards 2021. The Finnies are ‘recognising and rewarding the Australian FinTech community by honouring innovation, growth and collaboration’.
Sharing the recognition with an impressive group of pioneering companies and their leaders, we are very proud to be a finalist in three categories:
- Fintech Organisation of the Year
- Outstanding FinTech Leader of the Year (Christian Westerlind Wigstrom, Monoova CEO)
- Excellence in Payments
Over the last year, Monoova has grown its monthly throughput volume 14x. The Finnies shortlisting is a wonderful indicator of everything that has been achieved recently and of the opportunities ahead. But rapid growth also comes with challenges and we are grateful for all the support and patience we have received from our clients and banking partners.
As we approach FY22, we are excited to keep building on our features and solutions for our clients. This is the year of PayTo (formerly ‘Mandated Payment Service’) – the biggest thing to happen in the Australian payments landscape for some time – and we are proud to be at the forefront of that.
