Monoova Announces New Board Appointments: Robert Bell as Chair and Simon Moore as Director

Sydney, Australia – 29 November, 2024 – Monoova, a leading provider of payment solutions, is excited to announce the appointment of Robert Bell as Chair of the Board and Simon Moore as Director, effective November 29th, 2024.

Robert Bell brings over 30 years of leadership experience in banking, financial services, and technology, including as CEO of ANZ Bank Japan and Australian Unity Bank. Most notably, Robert was the founding CEO of 86 400, Australia’s first smart bank (now UBank), where he led the company to a successful sale to NAB. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Heartland Bank and HFC Bank Fiji and is the Founder of 86 Advisory. Robert’s expertise in digital banking, financial services, and growth strategy will strengthens Monoova’s continued strengthening of its position in the payments industry.

Simon Moore is an accomplished leader in private equity, financial services and corporate governance. Previously Vice President of JP Morgan Private Equity and Managing Director of The Carlyle Group, Simon has since held numerous senior leadership and board roles across logistics, healthcare, and technology. He is currently a Non-Executive Director at AMS Group and Founder of Colinton Capital Partners. Simon’s track record in building and scaling high-value businesses provides Monoova with additional strategic support as the company continues its growth trajectory.
