What do you like most about working at Monoova?
The people! Working at Monoova means that I get to work with individuals from all walks of life, This diversity in our team cultivates an enriched collective perspective, fostering innovative problem-solving and the creation of comprehensive solutions.
How would you describe Monoovians in 3 words?
Diverse, Adaptive, Collaborative.
What does a typical day in the Product team looks like?
As a Product Owner, a typical day revolves around multiple different activities. These include engaging with stakeholders, checking in with the engineering team to address blockers, liaising with external vendors, and prioritizing the backlog of stories to align with shifting business needs. Its through these daily tasks we identify, refine, develop, and deliver items that present the highest utility for the business.
What is your favourite part of your role?
One of the most fulfilling aspects of my role as a Product Owner is witnessing the stakeholders of a particular project experience tangible impact from the output of their request. It feels great in knowing that I contributed to uplifting the business’ daily operations.
Most memorable moment at Monoova?
Our dangerously good game of werewolf at our Christmas party.
Favourite way to spend a day off?
Going for a car photoshoot during golden hour.
Best piece of advice you have ever been given?
Everything has a silver lining.

If you were a superhero what would your superpower be and why?
Its always been Ironman, not just because he’s a genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist, but it would be so fun modifying and building even better iron man suits.
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life what would it be?
Easy, it would have to be El Jannahs with an extra-large side of their signature garlicy goodness.
If you could see one movie again for the first time, what would it be and why?
Avengers: Endgame. Its probably been the most anticipated movie in my life so far, especially with the build up of all the marvel movies in my childhood. Watching the whole MCU come together on one big screen was both an emotional rollercoaster and dream come true.
